Exploring the hot spring waterfall in Krabi
As soon as you get down from the bus, you will find a shed used as a massage parlor. About 20 meters away there is a sign that reads: Welcome to Hot Spring Waterfall – and as you turn right you can spot the waterfall.

The natural source of water seeps from the surface of the ground and breaks into small waterfalls creating basins on the way. These water basins look like tiny pools amidst trees with roots that go deep into the hot spring.
The waterfall is at an elevation and there is a muddy stream flowing down below. This is the best place to click pictures and also spend some time watching the waters flow by.

Soaking in the hot spring
The warm of the hot spring touches 40 to 50 degrees Celsius at all times. There are signs that strictly mention not being inside the water for over 15 minutes. 10 to 15 minutes is the sweet spot, but the experience is of a lifetime!
As you step into one of the water basins, you have to carefully watch your step. Since most of these waterfalls are entangled by roots of trees full of moss, there are chances of slipping.
Once you are inside the hot spring, you will want to relax your body and float to make the most of the experience. Lay your back comfortably on the roots of a tree, while the waterfall gushes onto your hair. The feeling makes you intertwine with nature like you’ve never been separated from it and sends a sense of calm all over your body.
As you return
You wouldn’t need more than 45 minutes to visit, drench, and explore the hot spring waterfall in Krabi. But if you want to extend your stay, you can get a Thai massage.
There are no places to eat inside this location, but there are shopping and eating places outside. Once you’re done with the activity, you will find the same bus to take you back to the gate.
